Stone was very good - on time, knows his craft well and went above and beyond what I asked him to do.

We had such a great experience with Rocket Plumbing! Our gas water heater went out and everyone was quoting us 2500 to 3k to replace it and wouldn't be able to do it for 3 or 4 days. We have 5 children and it was just not an option to go without hot water. Stone was able to come out same day and give us an estimate. He quoted us $1500 to replace it and said he would even come out the next day which was Saturday and replace it and wouldn't charge us extra for it being the weekend! He was very nice professional quick and even swept up after he was done! His price quote and estimation of the amount of time it would take to replace were dead on also.

Big thanks to Stone for fixing a P trap for us. Now our “swamp bath” smells so much better! Quick response and great work. Even some extra help with our fridge water line - so nice! We’ll definitely be calling you again!

We had a leak in our water main somewhere between our house and the meter. Due to obvious and extenuating circumstances with our property, our best option was to just have a new main line run. After 3 estimates, there was no doubt Stone Melber and Rocket Plumbing gave us the best deal. While other companies claimed they would need a "crew of about 4-6 men on it", Stone did the work by himself...in one day. I may not know much about plumbing, but I know a little bit about money, and Stone and Rocket Plumbing saved me plenty of it. I'd highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. There a good chance they could save you some too!

He was here when he said he was going to be here and worked diligently into the pitch black night (he had lights). He worked all day Saturday and came back Sunday afternoon to do some finishing touches and clean up in order to accommodate our needs to have work done before we closed on the sale of our house.

Stone was wonderful. I had originally called for a grinder pump quote after a bad sewer backup and he told me that probably wouldn't solve my problem and that a new sewer line under the slab would - and then explained why so that's what we did. He was very professional, punctual, honest and his pricing was very fair. He responds to texts and calls quickly and made me feel like my project was a priority to him. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future!

Stone and Josh were very polite and respectful. They identified my problems and Stone gave me several options to fix them. He is very knowledgeable about old pipes and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. The prices he quoted me were far less than those given to me by another plumber.
